CYLINDERS. All Cylinders supplied and owned by A-Gas for the packaging of the Product, for distribution into the Heatcraft Group, remain the property and responsibility of A-Gas at all times. Should VTPL require the Product in A-Gas Cylinders, for whatever reason, VTPL agrees to pay the A-Gas Cylinder Service Charges including all costs for lost or damaged Cylinders in accordance with Appendix 5.

CYLINDERS. Containers shall be designed to hold the specific extinguishant. Containers shall not be charged to a full density greater than specified in that part of ISO 14520 relating to the specific extinguishant. Cylinders shall be designed to suit the working pressure of the gas offered. Design pressure shall be at least 1.5 times the working pressure or relevant to an accepted manufacturing standard to be supplied with certificate of compliance (COC) from SANAS approved authorised inspection authority (AIA). Container and valve manifolds shall be tested hydraulically to the highest pressure of that specified by SANS ISO 14520, or manufacturer, or 450 bar test pressure and be substantiated by a relevant test certificate. All cylinders will be supplied with a pressure relief valve as per manufacturer accepted Standards and approval or in accordance with SANS 347 specification. DESIGN, SUPPLY, INSTALLATION AND COMMISSIONING OF INERT GAS FIRE SUPPRESSION SYSTEMS AND REPLACEMENT OF EXISTING CO2 SYSTEMS AT CAPE TOWN INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT SUBSTATIONS The containers used in these systems shall be designed to meet the requirements of relevant national standards and be TPED approved, particularly the Pressure Equipment Regulations (PER) under the Occupational Health and Safety Act (Act 85 of 1993). CYLINDERS. (a) CUSTOMER shall not fill or refill any CYLINDER with any gas, liquid or solid, or permit any of them to be so filled or refilled except by Linde and shall promptly return to Linde all empty CYLINDERS, in good condition, with valves tightly closed. Credit will not be given for residual PRODUCT in any cylinder. (b) CUSTOMER shall at no time part with possession of or dispose of any CYLINDERS. CUSTOMER shall under no circumstances make or cause to be made any repairs or additions to CYLINDERS or their accessories, but if any are returned in a damaged condition or without any caps, fittings or valves, CUSTOMER shall promptly pay LINDE on demand for the actual cost to LINDE of making all necessary repairs and of replacing all missing parts, or Linde’s then current replacement value for the CYLINDERS if they are damaged beyond repair. (c) Linde may at any time demand that CUSTOMER return all CYLINDERS rented to CUSTOMER by Linde. Upon receiving a demand therefor from Linde, CUSTOMER shall return all CYLINDERS to Linde and shall promptly make payment to Linde, at Linde’s then current replacement value, for any or all CYLINDERS which are not returned to Linde within 10 days after demand therefor by Linde. However, ownership of all CYLINDERS so paid for shall remain in Linde, and if such CYLINDERS shall be subsequently returned to Linde by CUSTOMER, Linde agrees to refund to CUSTOMER all amounts paid therefor, less accrued rental for such CYLINDER at the rate specified in Linde 's published price list from the date payment was made by CUSTOMER until the date of return thereof to Linde and less the cost of any necessary repairs, except that Linde is not obligated to refund any amount paid by CUSTOMER for a CYLINDER that is damaged beyond repair at the time of its return to Linde. (d) Linde may at any time, upon reasonable notice, enter the premises of the CUSTOMER to verify the existence and condition of any or all CYLINDERS rented by CUSTOMER.

CYLINDERS. The Customer agrees: a) all gas cylinders remain the property of Airefrig unless sold (subject to clause 3 above) to the Customer, in which case all liability, responsibility and regulatory requirements lay solely with the Customer; b) on request to return cylinders to Airefrig; c) to comply with all regulatory requirements in use and ownership of the cylinders; and d) to indemnify Airefrig for the full replacement cost of any cylinders not returned or damaged and against any liability arising from misuse or non-compliance with any regulations.

  • Welding Welding and use of cutting torches or cutoff saws will be permitted only in areas that have been cleared or are free of all material capable of carrying fire. Flammable debris and vegetation must be removed from within a minimum 10-foot radius of all welding and cutting operations. A shovel and a 5-gallon standard backpack water container filled and with handpump attached shall be immediately available for use in the event of a fire start. C8.64 – DEBARMENT AND SUSPENSION CERTIFICATION (3/18). Pursuant to 2 CFR 180 and 2 CFR 417, Purchaser shall certify and obtain certifications from its Subcontractors regarding debarment, suspension, ineligibility, and voluntary exclusion, including additional Subcontractors obtained after award of this contract. “Subcontractors” are participants in lower tier covered transactions. Purchaser may rely upon a certification of a prospective Subcontractor that it is not proposed for debarment under 48 CFR 9.4, debarred, suspended, ineligible, or voluntarily excluded from participating in covered transactions or timber sales, unless Purchaser knows that the certification is erroneous. If Purchaser knowingly enters into a timber sale transaction with a person who is proposed for debarment under 48 CFR 9.4, suspended, debarred, ineligible, or voluntarily excluded from participation in covered transactions or timber sales, in addition to other remedies available to the Government, Forest Service may pursue available remedies, including suspension and/or debarment. Contracting Officer shall provide a copy of Forms AD-1047 Certification Regarding Debarment, Suspension and Other Responsibility Matters – Primary Covered Transactions and AD-1048 Certification Regarding Debarment, Suspension, Ineligibility and Voluntary Exclusion – Lower Tier Covered Transactions to the Purchaser. Purchaser shall complete form AD-1047 and provide to the Contracting Officer upon request. Purchaser shall require each subcontractor to complete form AD-1048 and provide to the Contracting Officer upon request.

  • Containers The marine and intermodal cargo containers either owned or leased by the Borrower and employed by the Borrower in the conduct of its business, including, without limitation, refrigerated, dry van, tank, open top and flat rack containers and refrigeration units and generator sets associated therewith, but excluding any chassis for such containers.

  • Moonlighting Employment as a physician in a professional capacity outside of what is outlined in this Agreement, whether temporary special medical activity (“TSMA”) or external moonlighting, must be approved in writing, in advance, by the Departmental Chair, Program Director and Director of Graduate Medical Education (or designee). Even if approved, professional and general liability insurance as outlined in Section 5.4 is not provided to Trainee engaged in external moonlighting. Trainee acknowledges he or she has the responsibility to obtain insurance for such engagement. TSMA and external moonlighting must be included and reported as part of Trainee's hours spent on clinical experience and education. Trainee shall not be required to engage in any outside work.

  • Smoke Detectors At Owner's expense, smoke detectors will be installed on the Property in working condition in accordance with the law prior to the tenant's occupancy. During the occupancy, it shall be the tenant's responsibility to maintain all smoke detectors. Owner will replace smoke detector equipment as needed.
