Require Compliance with Applicable Laws and Agency Policies. The School shall require its faculty and Students to comply with (a) all Applicable Laws, (b) the applicable policies, practices, and rules of the Agency, and (c) the applicable standards of practice set forth by Applicable Laws and applicable accreditation agencies. “Applicable Laws” mean all federal and state laws, statutes, codes, rules, regulations, standards, directives, interpretations, permits, orders, decrees, requirements, rulings, or judgments, which now or in the future may be applicable to the School, the Agency, the use of the Agency Facilities, or the conduct of any business therein.
