Required Actions Upon Termination. (i) Upon termination of this Agreement for any reason, (1) the licenses granted hereunder in the Software and the Documentation shall automatically terminate, (2) Licensee shall cease using the Software, (3) delete all copies of the software and Documentation in Licensee’s possession or control, and (4) certify in writing to Thermon that Licensee has complied with the foregoing obligations.

Required Actions Upon Termination. Upon termination of this Contract, whether such termination is for cause by either party or without cause and initiated by either party, the Contractor shall remove the equipment, inventory, and other property it owns on the University of California, Irvine campus and restore the premises to the same condition as received less normal wear and tear.
