  • Public Announcement Unless otherwise required by applicable law, the parties hereto shall consult with each other before issuing any press release or otherwise making any public statements with respect to this Agreement and shall not issue any such press release or make any such public statement prior to such consultation.

The Board may want to announce the vacancy and its intent to fill it by appointment during an open meeting. The announcement may be posted on the District's website and in the local newspaper(s).   • Public Announcements Unless otherwise required by applicable Law or stock exchange requirements (based upon the reasonable advice of counsel), no party to this Agreement shall make any public announcements in respect of this Agreement or the transactions contemplated hereby or otherwise communicate with any news media without the prior written consent of the other party (which consent shall not be unreasonably withheld or delayed), and the parties shall cooperate as to the timing and contents of any such announcement.

The receiving Party shall disclose only that portion of the disclosing Party’s Confidential Information that it is required to disclose and shall cooperate with the disclosing Party in allowing the disclosing Party to obtain such protective order or other relief.

  • Mandatory Disclosure In the event that either party or their respective directors, officers, employees, consultants or agents are requested or required by legal process to disclose any of the Confidential Information of the other party, the party required to make such disclosure shall give prompt notice so that the other party may seek a protective order or other appropriate relief. In the event that such protective order is not obtained, the party required to make such disclosure shall disclose only that portion of the Confidential Information, which its counsel advises that it is legally required to disclose.

  • Press Release The Company and the Investor agree that the Company shall issue a press release announcing the Offering prior to the opening of the financial markets in New York City on the business day immediately after the date hereof.
