Required Assurances a. Compliance with regulations – UCO shall comply with the regulations relative to nondiscrimination in Federally-assisted programs of the Department of Transportation (DOT) Title 49, Code of Federal Regulations, Part 21, as they may be amended from time to time, which are herein incorporated by reference and made part of this agreement. b. Audit and inspection of Records – City shall permit the authorized representatives of UCO and/or DOT to inspect and audit all data and records of City relating to performance under the agreement until expiration of 3 years after final payment under this agreement. City further agrees to include in all subcontracts hereunder, a provision to the effect the subcontractor agrees to the same inspection and record keeping requirements. City and its subcontractors also agree to make available for access and examination any records relevant to any litigation or dispute which may arise out of this agreement during the 3 year period and shall continue to maintain and make available any relevant records until such litigation is concluded.

Required Assurances. CERTIFICATIONS If the Partner is unable to comply with or show proof of compliance with the following provisions within 30 days of the award and throughout the duration of the award, then the contract with Partner will become null and void. Partner may cure within a reasonable time by demonstrating compliance.

Required Assurances. This Agreement will be funded with CDBG Grant Program funds through a grant from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development to the City. CDBG Grant Program is governed by the provisions of specific federal laws and rules, regulations and policies to implement those laws, to which the provisions of this Agreement are subject. During the performance of this Agreement, the Architect shall comply with the provisions and assurances set forth in this Agreement, and to such additional federal requirements which are set forth under Attachment A hereto (Appendix II to 2 CFR Part 200 and 24 CFR §570.600 through §570.615), to the extent to which such requirements are applicable.

Required Assurances. The following assurances/certifications are made and verified by the CSS's Authorized Official on the face page of this Subaward, as applicable under federal law. Descriptions of individual assurances/certifications are provided in Section III of the PHS 398. 1) Human Subjects; 2) Research Using Human Embryonic Stem Cells;
