The Permittee shall purchase and maintain comprehensive general liability insurance naming the “City of Bethlehem and its officers and employees” as additional insureds for a minimum of $1,000,000.00 per occurrence and general aggregate of $1,000,000.00. The said insurance shall cover public liability, products liability and property damage. To provide proof of insurance, the Permittee shall furnish a Certificate of Insurance to the Bureau of Law of the City of Bethlehem at the time of Permittee’s signing and delivery of this Agreement to the City for counter-signature.
