Common use of Required Contract Provisions Clause in Contracts

Required Contract Provisions. As a subrecipient of the Federal Award, the Subrecipient shall insert the relevant contract provisions found in Appendix II of 2 CFR Part 200 (or, for HHS awards: Appendix II of 45 CFR Part 200) (“Contract Provisions for Non- Federal Entity Contracts Under Federal Awards”) in all contracts into which it enters while expending the Subaward.
