Required Copies. Proposers must submit an original and the required number of copies of all materials required for acceptance as instructed on the cover page of the RFP (Special Instructions). All hard copies of the proposal must be on 8.5”x11” individually securely bound. In addition, proposers must submit one complete electronic copy in Microsoft Word or PDF format burned to a CD or DVD.

Required Copies. The original hard copy in all cases is the official record and shall be used to resolve any differences. Offerors are required to submit one (1) original, five (5 copies), and one (1) electronic copy (preferably in Microsoft Word or Microsoft Excel, where appropriate) and the required number of copies as stated on the Request for Proposal Signature Page. The electronic copy shall be provided either on a CD or USB Flash Drive. As indicated previously, Proprietary/Confidential information must be submitted on a separate CD/USB Flash Drive, clearly marked as such.
Required Copies. The Proponent shall submit five (5) hard copies of its Proposal and an electronic copy with all accompanying schedules, appendices or addenda in a sealed envelope or package marked with the Proponent’s name and the RFP title up to the Submission Deadline set out in Section 2.0 of this RFP (the “Submission Closing”) at the Submission Location set out in Section 2.0 of this RFP (the “Submission Location”).

  • Contract Copies As soon as practical following the signing of this Contract, the City and the Lodge shall have printed, in booklet form, two thousand five hundred (2,500) copies of this Contract, three hundred (300) copies of which shall be provided to the City and the remainder shall be provided to the Lodge. The actual cost of printing this Contract, and any future printing beyond the two thousand five hundred (2,500) copies in an amount the parties may later agree is necessary, shall be shared equally by the City and the Lodge. The Lodge shall be responsible for distributing copies to members of the bargaining units.

  • Back-up Copies Customer may make a reasonable number of copies of the installed Software solely for back-up purposes. All copies of the Software, including translations, compilations and partial copies, are governed by this Agreement.

  • Agreement Copies The City and the Union will jointly select a printer to print copies of the final signed version of this Agreement. The City will pay for the number of copies it orders for use by City administrative personnel, and CWA will pay for the number of copies it orders for distribution to bargaining unit employees.

  • Required Consents No consent shall be required for any assignment except to the extent required by subsection (b)(i)(B) of this Section and, in addition:

  • Backup Copies You may also make copies of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT as may be necessary for backup and archival purposes.

  • Copies of Documents Each Trust will furnish CMISC with copies of the following documents: the Declaration of Trust of the Trust and all amendments thereto; and the Trust’s registration statement (the “Registration Statement”) as in effect on the date hereof under the Securities Act of 1933, as amended, and the Investment Company Act of 1940, as amended, and all amendments or supplements thereto hereafter filed. The prospectus(es) and statement(s) of additional information contained in each such Registration Statement, as from time to time amended and supplemented, together are herein collectively referred to as the “Prospectus.”

  • ORIGINALS This Agreement may be executed in counterparts each of which so executed shall be deemed an original and constitute one and the same agreement.

  • Required Certifications A bidder who makes a false certification on the Bidder Certification of the Prequalification Classification and Work Capacity Form will be subject to forfeiture of his bid bond and/or disqualification from bidding on future work for a 90 day period, or both. The Contracting Officer will determine the imposition and the extent of such sanctions. A sworn statement shall be executed by the bidder or his agent on behalf of each person, firm, association, or corporation submitting a bid. The statement shall certify that the person, firm, association, or corporation has not, either directly or indirectly, entered into any agreement, participated in any collusion, or otherwise taken any action to restrain free competitive bidding in connection with the proposal. The sworn statement shall be part of the bid or in the form of an affidavit and shall be sworn to before a person who is authorized by the laws of the State to administer oaths. The bids shall contain the identical sworn statement. For the purpose of this Section, affixing digital ID to the bid will be considered by the Department conditional evidence of signing before a person who is authorized by the laws of the Commonwealth to administer oaths. The original of the sworn statement shall be filed with the Department when the bid is submitted.

  • Required Certification Contractor must include with any request for reimbursement from the JBE a certification that Contractor is not seeking reimbursement for costs incurred to assist, promote, or deter union organizing. If Contractor incurs costs or makes expenditures to assist, promote or deter union organizing, Contractor will maintain records sufficient to show that no reimbursement from the JBE was sought for these costs, and Contractor will provide those records to the Attorney General upon request.

  • Copies Escrow Agent may be permitted to duplicate any Deposit, in order to comply with the terms and provisions of the escrow agreement.
