Agreement Copies. Copies of the agreement shall be printed and distributed by the District to all employees covered by this Agreement.
Agreement Copies. The City and the Union will jointly select a printer to print copies of the final signed version of this Agreement. The City will pay for the number of copies it orders for use by City administrative personnel, and CWA will pay for the number of copies it orders for distribution to bargaining unit employees.
Agreement Copies. The County will deliver to the President of the Association one copy of this Agreement for every member of the Association.

As soon as is possible following the signing of this Agreement, the University will make available an electronic PDF version of the Agreement to the Lodge for distribution to bargaining unit members and will post the Agreement on the Office of Human Resources web site and the intranet for the Division of University Police. In addition, the University will provide, in booklet form, 75 copies of the Agreement to the Lodge for distribution to bargaining unit members, with the cost of printing to be paid by the University. The Lodge shall be responsible for distributing copies to current bargaining unit members, and new bargaining unit members who are hired during the life of this Agreement.
Agreement Copies. 77.1 The Union and OC desire every employee to be familiar with the provisions of this Agreement, and their rights and obligations under it. For this reason, OC shall print 25 coil bound copies of the Agreement for the Union and shall post a copy of the Agreement on its website.

Agreement Copies. As soon as is possible following the signing of this Agreement, the Employer and the Union shall have printed sufficient copies of this Agreement. The actual cost of printing this Agreement, and any future printing beyond the copies specified herein in an amount the parties may later agree as necessary, shall be shared equally by the parties. The Union shall be responsible for distribution of copies to current members and the Employer shall be responsible for distribution of copies to new members who are hired during the term of this Agreement.
Agreement Copies. The City and CODE will jointly select a printer to print copies of the final signed version of this Agreement. CODE shall pay for the copies for CODE employees.
Agreement Copies. Copies of this agreement titled, “Professional Agreement between the Xxxxxxx-Xxx School District and the KCEA, MEA, NEA,” shall be printed at the expense of the Board within thirty (30) days after the Agreement is signed, or as soon as possible, and presented to all teachers now employed, hereafter employed, or considered for employment by the Board. Further, that the Board shall furnish the Local Association an electronic copy of the Master Agreement for its use.
Agreement Copies. This Agreement shall be maintained on the Human Resources Department website and accessible to all bargaining unit employees.
