Required Coverage. The City shall be an Additional Insured under this Agreement, and all policies, except Professional Liability and Worker’s Compensation, shall explicitly name the City as an Additional Insured. The City shall enjoy the same coverage as the Named Insured without regard to other Agreement provisions. Contractor waives any claim or right of subrogation to recover against the City, its officers, agents, or employees, and each of Contractor’s insurance policies except professional liability must contain coverage waiving such claim. All certificates of insurance submitted by Contractor shall be accompanied by endorsements for: (i) Additional Insured coverage in favor of the City for Commercial General Garage Liability and Automobile Liability policies; and (ii) Waivers of Subrogation in favor of the City for Commercial General Garage Liability, Automobile Liability and Workers’ Compensation/Employers’ Liability policies.
