Common use of Required Coverage Clause in Contracts

Required Coverage. Commercial General Liability - The CONTRACTOR shall maintain coverage issued on the most recent version of the ISO form as filed for use in Florida or its equivalent, with a limit of liability of not less than $1,000,000 (one million dollars) per occurrence.
