Required CSL Service Agreements. The CSL shall, as a pre-condition of resuming Conditional Sailing from Port, enter into agreements, at its sole cost, with lodging facilities, medical service providers, and transportation service providers to provide services required of or on behalf of the CSL by the FCS and/or any supplemental technical requirements or guidance issued by the CDC in connection therewith.
