Required Documentation. Each invoice shall itemize charges by unit of production and unit cost and any direct costs. The Surveyor may be required to provide additional evidence of units of production and direct costs. The Surveyor is not required to provide evidence of actual labor rates, hours worked, overhead rates, or any other cost, except direct costs.
