Required ESP Contract Terms. The proposed ESP contract shall set forth with particularity inter alia, (i) the contingent obligations and responsibilities of each party in the event that the contract must be modified in order to obtain or maintain the School's status under state and federal law, and (ii) the extent of the ESP's participation in the organization, operation and governance of the School.
