Required Facility Documents. All Required Facility Documents are listed on Exhibit D. Seller holds as of the Effective Date, or will hold by the Commercial Operation Date (or such other date as may be specified under applicable Requirements of Law), and will maintain throughout the Term all Required Facility Documents. Following the Commercial Operation Date, Seller shall promptly notify PacifiCorp of any additional Required Facility Documents not listed on Exhibit D. If reasonably requested by PacifiCorp, Seller shall provide copies of any or all Required Facility Documents.
