Common use of Required Housing Clause in Contracts

Required Housing. Unit employees who are moving into required housing will ordinarily not qualify for house hunting expenses or temporary living expenses at the new work station as outlined in subsections B and C above. If there are extenuating circumstances which arise requiring these expenses, such expenses may be reimbursed upon approval of the Appointing Authority.
