Common use of Required Operating Times Clause in Contracts

Required Operating Times. The Lessee will at all times keep the Premises open for trade during the Required Operating Times specified in the Schedule 1 or otherwise as may be determined from time to time by the Lessor to apply to the Property (or the relevant part of the Property in which the Premises are located) unless prohibited by law. The Lessee acknowledges that the Lessor has the right to change the Required Operating Times for the Property (or the relevant part of the Property in which the Premises are located) at any time and from time to time.
