Required Policy Provisions. Each policy required herein this Agreement must provide that: The policy is primary and non-contributory with any insurance or self-insurance programs carried or administered by the State of California, the Judicial Council of California, State’s trial courts, or appellate courts. The policy shall apply separately to each insured against whom a claim is made and/or a lawsuit is brought, except with respect to the limits of the insurer's liability.
