Common use of REQUIRED PRICE PROPOSAL RESPONSE Clause in Contracts

REQUIRED PRICE PROPOSAL RESPONSE. All pricing must be fixed cost, inclusive of all expenses and fees if this Statement of Work proposal is for a fixed price agreement.
