Common use of Required Reports Clause in Contracts

Required Reports. The School shall prepare and submit reports regarding its governance, operations, and/or finances according to the established policies of and upon the request of the Authorizer. However, to the extent possible, the Authorizer shall not request reports from the School that are otherwise available through student information systems or other data sources reasonably available to the Authorizer.
