Common use of Required Reports Clause in Contracts

Required Reports. (1) As required in Attachment H, Disadvantaged Business Enterprise or Historically Underutilized Business Program Requirements, the Engineer shall submit Progress Assessment Reports to report actual payments made to Disadvantaged Business Enterprises or Historically Underutilized Businesses. One copy shall be submitted with each billing statement and one copy shall be submitted to the address included in Attachment H, Disadvantaged Business Enterprise or Historically Underutilized Business Program Requirements. Required Reports. (1) As required in Attachment H, Disadvantaged Business Enterprise or Historically Underutilized Business Program Requirements, the Engineer shall submit Progress Assessment Reports to report actual payments made to Disadvantaged Business Enterprises or Historically Underutilized Businesses.
