Common use of Required Services Clause in Contracts

Required Services. In acquiring Receival Services, the Client must acquire such storage and handling services as Viterra, acting reasonably, requires in order to protect the integrity of Grain to be Common Stocked with the Client’s Grain and/or to reduce the risk of quality, safety, health, environmental or hygiene claims. The costs of such services and their applicability will be identified in the Pricing, Procedures and Protocols Manual.
