Required Software. CUSTOMER acknowledges that use of the SaaS Service may require the installation of software as a pre-requisite for using the SaaS Service, as specified in the Documentation and/or as advised by WSP or Partner from time to time (“Required Software”) CUSTOMER agrees to install such Required Software, including any required updates if and when available at its own cost.
