Required WA Statement. A statement is required that stipulates the price for each plant and size is the lower of the price listed in the EPL/PPS or the producer’s lowest wholesale price, as determined from the producer’s wholesale catalogs or price lists submitted in accordance with the Special Provisions, and will not exceed the maximum price limits included in the WA offer.
