Required Warnings. Lessee shall give all warnings required by the California Safe Drinking Water and Toxic Enforcement Act of 1986 (California Health & Safety Code §§ 25249.5 et seq.), as amended from time to time, with respect to any exposures occurring in the Premises or as a result of Lessee’s use of the Premises or the Property.
