Requirements and Compliance. Your move-out notice doesn’t release you from liability for the full term of the Lease or renewal term. You’ll still be liable for the entire Lease term if you move out early except under Par. 9, 17, 22, 23, or 31. Your move-out notice must comply with each of the following: (a) We must receive advance written notice of your move- out date.
