Common use of Requirements for All Alterations Clause in Contracts

Requirements for All Alterations. In addition to, and not in lieu of, conditions imposed by the Port pursuant to Section 7.1, any alterations or improvements permitted by the Port shall be performed: (i) in a good and workmanlike manner; (ii) in compliance with all Legal Requirements; and (iii) in a manner which will not unreasonably interfere with or disturb other tenants of the Port. In addition, prior to commencement of any Alterations, Lessee shall furnish to the Port proof of insurance for any and all contractors working on behalf of Lessee in the minimum form and limits as set forth in Sections 11.2.1.1 and 11.
