Requirements for All Policies. Each policy of insurance required under this Section 11.1 shall: (i) be in a form, and written by an insurer, reasonably acceptable to Landlord, (ii) be maintained at Tenant’s sole cost and expense, and (iii) require at least thirty (30) days’ written notice to Landlord prior to any cancellation, nonrenewal or modification of insurance coverage.
