These benefits include both direct services and access to additional services and funds from the New York State Office of Adult Career and Continuing Education Services - Vocational Rehabilitation (ACCESS- VR). For those individuals who are determined to be totally and severly disabled, program staff provides assistance accessing Social Security or Supplemental Security benefits. These individuals are assisted with the SSI/SSDI application process, including the collection of documentation and the completion of paperwork.
