Requirements for the Project. The CITY shall provide all criteria and full information as to the CITY's requirements for the Project in a timely manner, including design objectives and constraints; space, capacity and performance requirements; flexibility and expandability matters; and any budgetary limitations; and furnish copies of all design and construction standards which the CITY will require to be included in the drawings and specifications.
