Requirements of Drawdown Notices. A Drawdown Notice must: (a) (Form): be in the form of the Schedule (or in such other form as from time to time agreed amongst the Liquidity Facility Provider, the Manager and the Trustee); (b) (Authorised Officer): be signed by an Authorised Officer of the Trustee; (c) (Specify Drawdown Date): specify the proposed Drawdown Date for the requested Advance which must be the next Distribution Date; (d) (Irrevocable): be irrevocable;
