Common use of Requiring of Information Clause in Contracts

Requiring of Information. The Department or the Federal funding agencies may at any time require information as specified in Section 107 and deemed necessary in the judgment of the Department to ascertain the compliance of any Bidder, Contractor or subcontractor with the terms of the Contract.
