Common use of Requisite Notice Clause in Contracts

Requisite Notice. Notices given in connection with any Loan Document shall be delivered to the intended recipient at the number and/or address (including email address) set forth in the case of Borrower and Administrative Agent on Schedule 10.02, and in the case of Lenders, on the Administrative Questionnaire (or as otherwise specified from time to time by such recipient in writing to Administrative Agent) and shall be given by (i) irrevocable written notice or (ii) except as otherwise provided, irrevocable telephonic (not voicemail) notice. Such notices may be delivered and shall be effective as follows: Mode of Delivery Mail Effective on earlier of actual receipt and fourth Business Day after deposit in U.S. Mail, first class postage pre-paid Courier or hand delivery When received Telephone (not voicemail) When conversation completed (must be confirmed in writing) Facsimile When sent (except that, if not given during normal business hours for the recipient, shall be deemed to be giving at opening of business on next Business Day for recipient) Electronic Mail When delivered (usage subject to subsection (b) below)
