Requisite Notice. Notices given in connection with any Loan Document shall be delivered to the intended recipient at the number and/or address set forth on the Administrative Questionnaire (or as otherwise specified from time to time by such recipient in writing to Administrative Agent) and shall be given by (i) irrevocable written notice or (ii) except as otherwise provided, irrevocable telephonic (not voicemail) notice. Such notices may be delivered, must be confirmed and shall be effective as follows:
