Requisitions. a. Except as provided in this Agreement, the Vendor does not know of and does not expect any outstanding demand, order, judgment, requisition, or requirement relating to the Property. b. The Purchaser shall not make any requisitions on the title to the Property. c. The Purchaser shall not make any claim or requisition in respect of any dividing fence within the meaning of the Neighbourhood Disputes (Dividing Fences and Trees) Act 2011 (QLD) or for any service for another property passing lawfully through the Property.
