Resale of Water. 15 2. The County hereby resells to the Member Unit a quantity of water up to 16 1,700 acre-feet of the 20,000 acre-feet of water to which the County is annually entitled pursuant 17 to Article 3 of the Master Contract. The Member Unit will not be liable to the County for 18 administrative or other charges in connection with said resale of water.

Resale of Water. Customer shall not resell any portion of the Project Water made available under this Agreement without prior written authorization from the District. Notwithstanding the above or Section 4.60 of the Ordinance, if Customer is a public agency, it shall have the right to resell and distribute water to customers within its boundary.

Resale of Water. No user receiving water services from the District shall furnish or sell that water to another entity. Any person violating this provision shall be given notice in writing to terminate the practice immediately. If the customer does not comply within five business days, service shall be discontinued without further notice. The practice of apartment management billing individual tenants is not considered a violation of this policy even if the rates they charge are higher than our rates to them.
Resale of Water outside Region L. SAWS may not resell, transfer, or deliver any water sold to SAWS pursuant to this Definitive Agreement outside the boundaries of Region L as such boundaries existed on January 1, 2001, ("Region L") (see attached Exhibit C). Furthermore, SAWS shall not resell, transfer or deliver any water sold to SAWS pursuant to this Definitive Agreement within any part of Region L that lies within the LCRA Service Area (see attached Exhibit B), without the written approval of LCRA, which approval may not be unreasonably withheld. It shall not be considered unreasonable for LCRA to deny such approval if LCRA intends to provide Water Service to the proposed Water Service area. LCRA shall not unreasonably withhold or delay its response to SAWS’ request to sell, transfer or deliver water.

  • Registration of Contractor All contractors and subcontractors must comply with the requirements of Labor Code Section 1771.1(a), pertaining to registration of contractors pursuant to Section 1725.5. Bids cannot be accepted from unregistered contractors except as provided in Section 1771.1. This project is subject to compliance monitoring and enforcement by the Department of Industrial Relations. After award of the contract, Contractor and each Subcontractor shall furnish electronic payroll records directly to the Labor Commissioner in the manner specified in Labor Code Section 1771.4.
