Common use of Resale Clause in Contracts

Resale. 54.1 At the request of CLEC, and pursuant to the requirements of the Act, any telecommunications service that AT&T currently provides or hereafter offers to any customer in the geographic area where AT&T is the incumbent LEC will be made available to CLEC by AT&T for Resale in accordance with the terms, conditions and prices set forth in this Agreement. Specific provisions concerning Resale are addressed in Attachment 1: Resale, Appendix Pricing.
