Reschedule and Cancellation of University Courses. Customer may reschedule a University Course no later than ten (10) business days from the course start date and such courses must be rescheduled within an existing Subscription Term. For courses held by an authorized training partner, Customer will be responsible to reschedule with the authorized training partner directly.
