Downloadable Components. If Customer purchases a product SKU that provides access to ForgeRock's generally available downloadable software, in binary form, for use in connection with Customer's implementation and use of the ForgeRock Identity Cloud (“Downloadable Components”), then Customer's use of the Downloadable Component(s) shall be governed solely by the terms of the ForgeRock Identity Cloud Downloadable Components Supplement located at xxxxxxxxx.xxx/xxxxx.

Downloadable Components. Licensor may, from time to time, make available to Adopter in writing terms and conditions under which Adopter may download, or cause the download, directly to Licensed Products or Licensed Source Components in the possession of end users (e.g., via cable, satellite, Internet or other means) of certain software implementations of HDCP (as such terms and conditions may be amended from time to time, the “Component Download Rules”). After such Component Download Rules are made available by Licensor, and upon Adopter’s notice to and agreement with Licensor that Adopter agrees to comply with such Component Download Rules as are then in effect, Adopter may download, or cause the download of, certain software implementations of HDCP solely in accordance with the terms of this Agreement and such Component Download Rules. The Component Download Rules shall be deemed a part of this Agreement and incorporated herein as Exhibit F by this reference. Licensor may, from time to time, amend the Component Download Rules, which amendment shall be effective and binding upon Adopter ninety (90) days after Licensor notifies Adopter of such amendment.
Downloadable Components. The operation of certain Software modules may require the use of downloadable software components designed to be installed on desktop or mobile devices ("Downloadable Components"). Downloadable Components are offline or mobile components of Software. Authorized Users may need to expressly opt into the use of certain Downloadable Components; in such cases, the operation of the Software modules which require such Downloadable Components is contingent on such opt-in by Authorized Users. PowerPlan is not responsible for lack of use of the Software due to Authorized User refusal to install Downloadable Components, lack of Authorized User opt-in (where required), or Authorized User opt-out (where enabled). Conditioned upon Client’s compliance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement, PowerPlan grants Client the following limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable (except as expressly provided herein), royalty-free, revocable license: Authorized Users may download, install and run on supported devices the executable form of Downloadable Components for purposes of using the Software modules that utilize Downloadable Components and for which Client has subscribed. In addition to the restrictions of this Agreement regarding the SaaS, you may not translate, disassemble, decompile, decrypt, or reverse engineer Downloadable Components, or authorize or knowingly permit a third party to do any of the foregoing, except to the extent such activities are expressly permitted by law notwithstanding this prohibition or by licensing terms governing use of open-source components included with Downloadable Components. PowerPlan may, from time to time, update Downloadable Components. Downloadable Components and all copies thereof are licensed and not sold, and are protected by applicable law, including United States and foreign copyright laws and international treaties. The licenses in this section shall terminate at the earlier of the termination or expiration of this Agreement or the termination or expiration of Client’s subscription to the Software module(s) that utilize Downloadable Components. Upon license termination, Client must cease all use of Downloadable Components and promptly delete all copies, full or partial, thereof that are in Authorized Users’ possession or control. Quarterly status reports are due no later than twenty (20) days following the completion of the quarterly reporting period.   • Loss Leader; Recycled Products Contractor shall not sell or use any article or product as a “loss leader” as defined in Section 17030 of the Business and Professions Code.   • ODUF Packing Specifications 6.3.1 A pack will contain a minimum of one message record or a maximum of 99,999 message records plus a pack header record and a pack trailer record. One transmission can contain a maximum of 99 packs and a minimum of one pack.

  • Physical File Characteristics 7.2.1 The EODUF feed will be distributed to Comcast Phone over their existing Optional Daily Usage File (ODUF) feed. The EODUF messages will be intermingled among Comcast Phone’s Optional Daily Usage File (ODUF) messages. The EODUF will be a variable block format (2476) with an LRECL of 2472. The data on the EODUF will be in a non-compacted EMI format (175 byte format plus modules). It will be created on a daily basis (Monday through Friday except holidays). 7.2.2 Data circuits (private line or dial-up) may be required between BellSouth and Comcast Phone for the purpose of data transmission. Where a dedicated line is required, Comcast Phone will be responsible for ordering the circuit, overseeing its installation and coordinating the installation with BellSouth. Comcast Phone will also be responsible for any charges associated with this line. Equipment required on the BellSouth end to attach the line to the mainframe computer and to transmit successfully ongoing will be negotiated on an individual case basis. Where a dial-up facility is required, dial circuits will be installed in the BellSouth data center by BellSouth and the associated charges assessed to Comcast Phone. Additionally, all message toll charges associated with the use of the dial circuit by Comcast Phone will be the responsibility of Comcast Phone. Associated equipment on the BellSouth end, including a modem, will be negotiated on an individual case basis between the Parties.
