Rescheduling of Aircraft. In the event that Customer is not able to make the advance payments described above by the tenth business day after the effective date of the Purchase Agreement, Boeing may reschedule any or all of the Aircraft at any time thereafter as it deems necessary based on Boeing’s production considerations and constraints, unless the advance payments for all Aircraft are current in accordance with the Purchase Agreement.
