Signing of Contract 46.1 Upon the expiry of the fourteen days of the Notification of Intention to enter into contract and upon the parties meeting their respective statutory requirements, the Procuring Entity shall send the successful Tenderer the Contract Agreement. 46.2 Within fourteen (14) days of receipt of the Contract Agreement, the successful Tenderer shall sign, date, and return it to the Procuring Entity. 46.3 The written contract shall be entered into within the period specified in the notification of award and before expiry of the tender validity period.
Extension of Contract The Director of Procurement Services may, with the consent of the contractor extend the Contract period beyond the indicated expiration date.
Grouping of contracts To the extent practicable, contracts for goods shall be grouped in bid packages estimated to cost $100,000 equivalent or more each.
CANCELLATION OF CONTRACT The Division of Procurement Services reserves the right to cancel a contract with a thirty-day written notice OR cancel immediately if the contractor does not conform to terms and conditions and specifications of contract.
Form of Contract The form of contract for this solicitation shall be the Request for Proposal, the awarded proposal(s) and best and final offer(s), and properly issued and reviewed purchase orders referencing the requirements of the Request for Proposals. If a vendor submitting an offer requires TIPS and/or TIPS Member to sign an additional agreement, a copy of the proposed agreement must be included with the proposal. Vendor contract documents: TIPS will review proposed vendor contract documents. Vendor’s contract document shall not become part of TIPS’s contract with vendor unless and until an authorized representative of TIPS reviews and approves it.
Printing of Contract Each party agrees to assume the responsibility and associated costs of printing of their contract, unless the parties mutually agree to do otherwise.
DURATION OF CONTRACT This agreement shall be in effect for 12 months beginning October 1, 2019 and ending September 30, 2020.
Termination of Contract The Department may terminate the Contract for refusal by the Contractor to comply with this section by not allowing access to all public records, as defined in Chapter 119, F. S., made or received by the Contractor in conjunction with the Contract.
MODIFICATION OF CONTRACT This Contract may be supplemented, amended or modified only by a writing signed by both Parties. No oral conversation, promise or representation by or between any officer or employee of the Parties shall modify any of the terms or conditions of this Contract. COMMISSION shall not be deemed to have approved or consented to any alteration of the terms of this Contract, including its Exhibits, by virtue of COMMISSION’s review and approval of, or failure to object to, contracts or other business transactions entered into by CONTRACTOR.
Purpose of Contract The purpose of this contract is to provide services in accordance with the terms and conditions specified in this contract including all attachments, forms, and exhibits which constitute the contract document.
