Research and Preclinical Development. 6.2.1 As between ABX and CuraGen, ABX shall have the sole right and responsibility, at its sole expense, to conduct research and preclinical development of Antibodies that bind to the ABX Optioned Antigens and Genetic Material that encodes such Antibodies for use in the research and development of potential ABX Products in the Research Field.
