Research Costs Sample Clauses
Research Costs. SPONSOR will pay to UNIVERSITY the direct and the facilities and administration (“F&A”) costs (collectively “Research Costs”) that UNIVERSITY incurs in performing the Research. Neither UNIVERSITY nor SPONSOR is obligated to expend or pay, respectively, any funds in excess of the Research Costs for the Research. The F&A cost rate will remain in effect during the Term as described in Article 3.1.
Research Costs. [***]. Sanofi will reimburse Kymera for its [***] actually incurred by Kymera or its Affiliates for [***] performed in accordance with the applicable Backup Research Plan, subject to Section 5.5.6. Any payments to be made to Kymera by Sanofi pursuant to this Section 11.6.3 will be made [***] pursuant to invoices submitted by Kymera to Sanofi within [***]; provided that Kymera will provide a good faith estimate of any costs for which reimbursement is due under this Section 11.6.3 within [***]. Each such invoice will be accompanied by reasonable supporting documentation evidencing the expenses incurred for the Backup Research (such expenses to be itemized) [***]. Undisputed payments will be due within [***] after Sanofi receives such an invoice from Kymera.
Research Costs. During the Research Term, Surface will be responsible for [***] of all costs and expenses incurred by or on behalf of Surface in connection with the T1 Research Program. During and after the expiration of the Research Term for the T1 Research Program, each Party will be responsible for [***] of all costs and expenses incurred by or on behalf of such Party or its Related Parties in connection with Research of T1 Antibody Candidates.
Research Costs. During the Research Term, each Party shall perform, at its expense, those activities to be undertaken by such Party as set forth in the Research Plan.

Research Costs. During the Research Term, Roche shall fund the work to be performed at Pieris for the Research Plan at the FTE Rate as specified in the Agreement. Roche shall pay to Pieris such work to be performed during the Research Term, [***], within [***] after receiving a corresponding invoice from Pieris, corresponding to the [***] for such [***] according to the Research Plan (as it may be amended from time to time through the JRC). Within thirty (30) days after the end of each Calendar Quarter during the Research Term, Pieris shall provide to Roche a document specifying [***] and [***] incurred by Pieris during such Calendar Quarter. Any overpayment from Roche shall be credited to the invoice for the next quarter. Any underpayment from Roche shall be added to the invoice for the next quarter.
Research Costs. Other than as provided below with respect to amounts paid to Third Parties, Celltech and Amgen shall each bear its own Research and Development Costs in carrying out its Research activities. The cost of supplying Amgen with Antibodies for Research shall be considered as Research and Development Costs to be borne by Celltech. All out-of-pocket Research and Development Costs paid to Third Parties shall be paid to any such Third Parties by the Party engaging the services of such Third Parties and, as between Amgen and Celltech, shall be shared on the basis of [*]:[*] Amgen: Celltech. Such Third Party costs shall include the cost of supply of GMP Antibody for Research by a Third Party on behalf of Celltech as required by Amgen for the purposes of pre-clinical or formulation studies.
Research Costs. The Parties agree that, by virtue of the termination of the Research and Development Agreement, neither Party shall be required to equalize its Research Costs (or to make any payment whatsoever to the other Party with respect to such Research Costs), as provided under the terms of that agreement.
