Research Costs. SPONSOR will pay to UNIVERSITY the direct and the facilities and administration (“F&A”) costs (collectively “Research Costs”) that UNIVERSITY incurs in performing the Research. Neither UNIVERSITY nor SPONSOR is obligated to expend or pay, respectively, any funds in excess of the Research Costs for the Research. The F&A cost rate will remain in effect during the Term as described in Article 3.1.
Research Costs. [***]. Sanofi will reimburse Kymera for its [***] actually incurred by Kymera or its Affiliates for [***] performed in accordance with the applicable Backup Research Plan, subject to Section 5.5.6. Any payments to be made to Kymera by Sanofi pursuant to this Section 11.6.3 will be made [***] pursuant to invoices submitted by Kymera to Sanofi within [***]; provided that Kymera will provide a good faith estimate of any costs for which reimbursement is due under this Section 11.6.3 within [***]. Each such invoice will be accompanied by reasonable supporting documentation evidencing the expenses incurred for the Backup Research (such expenses to be itemized) [***]. Undisputed payments will be due within [***] after Sanofi receives such an invoice from Kymera.
Research Costs. During the Research Term, Surface will be responsible for [***] of all costs and expenses incurred by or on behalf of Surface in connection with the T1 Research Program. During and after the expiration of the Research Term for the T1 Research Program, each Party will be responsible for [***] of all costs and expenses incurred by or on behalf of such Party or its Related Parties in connection with Research of T1 Antibody Candidates.
Research Costs. During the Research Term, each Party shall perform, at its expense, those activities to be undertaken by such Party as set forth in the Research Plan.
Research Costs. Vertex will reimburse CRISPR for Research Costs incurred by CRISPR in accordance with Section 7.4. All costs incurred by Vertex in connection with Vertex Activities will be borne solely by Vertex.

Research Costs. During the Research Term, Roche shall fund the work to be performed at Pieris for the Research Plan at the FTE Rate as specified in the Agreement. Any overpayment from Roche shall be credited to the invoice for the next quarter. Any underpayment from Roche shall be added to the invoice for the next quarter.
Research Costs. During the Research Term, Surface will be responsible for [***] of all costs and expenses incurred by or on behalf of Surface in connection with the Option Target Research Programs. A COMPLETE VERSION OF THIS EXHIBIT HAS BEEN FILED SEPARATELY WITH THE SECRETARY OF THE SECURITIES AND EXCHANGE COMMISSION PURSUANT TO AN APPLICATION REQUESTING CONFIDENTIAL TREATMENT PURSUANT TO RULE 406 PROMULGATED UNDER THE SECURITIES ACT OF 1933, AS AMENDED.
Research Costs. During the second year of the Research Term, and upon completion of the “analysis of sera (J&J and ACI) on functionality” as identified on part 1 of the Research Plan in Schedule 1.66, ACI will provide Xxxxxxx with a written invoice for [*****]. During the Research Term, ACI will provide Xxxxxxx with a report at the end of each Calendar Quarter providing an accounting of the Research activities conducted by ACI during the previous Calendar Quarter and the costs for conducting those Research activities. Research Costs. In addition, in each report to be provided pursuant to Section 2.9.1 (Research Activities), Morphic will provide (a) a summary of the FTE efforts and Out-of-Pocket Costs (along with reasonable supporting documentation), in each case, incurred by or on behalf of Morphic during the applicable Calendar Quarter in the performance of the Morphic Research Activities under each Research Program during such Calendar Quarter and (b) a reasonable estimate of the FTEs and Out-of-Pocket Costs, in each case, to be incurred on a Calendar Quarter-by-Calendar Quarter basis by or on behalf of Morphic in order to complete the Morphic Research Activities as set forth under the applicable Research Plan.
