Research Plan. The initial Research Plan is attached hereto as Exhibit A. For each Calendar Year during the Research Program Term commencing with the second full Calendar Year, the Research Plan shall be amended and updated by the Parties, which amendments and updates shall be submitted to and approved by the JSC in accordance with Section 2.
