Research Reports and Information. Each party shall keep the other informed of the progress of its own activities under the Research Program. At a minimum, within thirty (30) days following the last day of each calendar quarter during the term of the Research Program, each party shall prepare, and provide to the other party, a reasonably detailed written summary report which shall describe the work performed by such party to date under the Research Program.
