Use Restrictions definition

Use Restrictions means the restrictions in Section 2.3 (Use Restrictions) of these General Terms and any additional restrictions on the use of Services described in a section entitled “Additional Use Restrictions” in the applicable Services Schedule. Google Cloud Master Agreement Google Cloud Platform Services Schedule This Google Cloud Platform Services Schedule (the “Services Schedule”) supplements and is incorporated by reference into the Google Cloud Master Agreement. This Services Schedule applies solely to the services and software described in this Services Schedule and is effective for the Term of the Agreement. Terms defined in the General Terms apply to this Services Schedule.

Examples of Use Restrictions in a sentence

  • The provisions of the Association's Master Deed, By-Laws Residential Use Restrictions, and Rules and Regulations ("Governing Documents") constitute material provisions of the lease for this unit (the "Lease”) and are incorporated by reference in this Lease Rider.

  • The Developer shall rent the Project to the Tenant who will use the leased space solely for manufacturing, warehouse, office and/or research and development purposes and space necessary for and related to manufacturing, office, warehousing and/or research and development (the "Use Restrictions").


More Definitions of Use Restrictions

Use Restrictions means any specific User or configuration restrictions applicable to Customer’s use of the Cloud Service, as specified in this Agreement including in the applicable Schedule.
Use Restrictions means the General Use Restrictions and the Specific User Restrictions.
Use Restrictions means restrictions to use one or more of the Mortgaged Properties in a particular way pursuant to a recorded instrument (or a memorandum thereof) encumbering the applicable Mortgaged Property.
