Use Restrictions definition

Use Restrictions means the restrictions in Section 2.3 (Use Restrictions) of these General Terms and any additional restrictions on the use of Services described in a section entitled “Additional Use Restrictions” in the applicable Services Schedule. Examples of Use Restrictions in a sentence

  • Use Purpose: Internal decision-making, operational, and compliance purposes, subject in all cases to the restrictions and limitations set forth in the Terms, including the Use Restrictions.

  • Use Restrictions Your rights to access and use to the Developer Offerings is subject to compliance with the Developer Documentation and Supplemental Terms, and any access to or use of the Developer Offerings other than as specifically authorized herein, without our prior written permission, is strictly prohibited, will terminate the license granted herein and violate our intellectual property rights.

More Definitions of Use Restrictions

Use Restrictions means any specific User or configuration restrictions applicable to Customer’s use of the Cloud Service, as specified in this Agreement including in the applicable Schedule.
Use Restrictions means restrictions to use one or more of the Mortgaged Properties in a particular way pursuant to a recorded instrument (or a memorandum thereof) encumbering the applicable Mortgaged Property.
Use Restrictions means the General Use Restrictions and the Specific User Restrictions.
