Use Restrictions means the restrictions in Section 2.3 (Use Restrictions) of these General Terms and any additional restrictions on the use of Services described in a section entitled “Additional Use Restrictions” in the applicable Services Schedule. Examples of Use Restrictions in a sentence

Use Purpose: Internal decision-making, operational, and compliance purposes, subject in all cases to the restrictions and limitations set forth in the Terms, including the Use Restrictions.

More Definitions of Use Restrictions

Use Restrictions means any specific User or configuration restrictions applicable to Customer’s use of the Cloud Service, as specified in this Agreement including in the applicable Schedule.

Use Restrictions means restrictions to use one or more of the Mortgaged Properties in a particular way pursuant to a recorded instrument (or a memorandum thereof) encumbering the applicable Mortgaged Property.
