Common use of Research Safety Clause in Contracts

Research Safety. 1. The Parties shall establish and implement policies and practices to ensure and provide for the safety of their employees, the public, and the environment during the conduct of Cooperative Activities subject to applicable national laws and regulations. If any Cooperative Activity involves the use of dangerous or hazardous materials, the Parties shall establish and implement an appropriate safety plan.

Research Safety. 1. The Parties and Participants shall establish and implement policies and practices to ensure and provide for the safety of their employees, the public, and the environment during the conduct of Cooperative Activities Projects, subject to applicable national laws and regulations. If any Cooperative Activity involves the use of dangerous or hazardous materials, the Parties and Participants shall establish and implement an appropriate safety plan.

If any Cooperative Activity involves the use of dangerous or hazardous materials, the Parties shall establish and implement an appropriate safety plan.
