RESEARCH TYPE AND DESIGN. This research is placed into the quanti-qualitative area. A character can be quantitative if it is appraisable numerically or qualitative if it doesn't admit numeric measure. Our project is measured by the quantitative evaluation because the application called ―strategies‖ for the development of the basic four skills in English's learning it is an important part in the amplification of the knowledge of the students and it is evaluated according to the acquired skills. It is a qualitative character the process of the teaching on the work by means of the application of audiovisual resources for this purpose it is important so that the students acquire habits of practice of exercises in English which allow them to develop important basic dexterities. It is also a feasible project because it consists on the elaboration of a proposal that it goes to foment conscience, to the benefit of students, the family and the society. For the place it is a field investigation because is carried out in the same place where the event occurs. It is also descriptive because it determines the frequency that the problem happens and to whom is presented. It is explicit because through the data it settles down the variable relation and it allows us the relations cause-effect. This investigation work is based on the following aspects:
RESEARCH TYPE AND DESIGN. The present investigation has as a purpose to elaborate a dictionary with technical vocabulary that allows to dominate the reading and handling of manuals of tools and equipments20 in the students of First of Parallel High school "C" of the Alborada Technical High School; in such a sense, it was framed in a leaning feasible project based on a diagnosis carried out the students, teachers and parents through surveys and interviews The present project uses several investigation types that are: This investigation type has allowed picking up information through the observation and survey carried out inside the classroom where the problem was detected21. Also were interviewed the teachers of the technical area to find urgent solutions. It will be appealed to the applied investigation because it will be good as relating to try to solve the problem that a simple and practical dictionary exists in the institution, designed for the teachers. RESEARCH TYPE AND DESIGN. Within the broad field of research types existing in our project will make use of only 3 of these research. Applied Research or Basic Research. Field Research and Experimental Explanatory Research Basic and applied research which we will implement, use and exploitation of the intellect of students and skills in the use of technological tools. As far we know Basic Research and Applied Research are in some way are linked together, this Applied research is aimed to the general postulates of pure basic research or to serve the solution of problems or cases, this technique lacks research and technology, applied research seek to know, to act, to build, to modify. In fact, we are going to find out where is the problem, both students and teacher and find solutions. Field Research is the full, auxiliary and improvement documentary information, is a methodical work done to collect information from the same place where its present the phenomenon you want to study, where are those issues to be bound to study. Explanatory Research, the goal of all explanatory research is to answer the question of why. Explanatory Research attempts to go above and beyond what exploratory and descriptive research to identify the actual reasons a phenomenon occurs. There are many other goal of good scientific exploratory research. They include explaining things in details. It should build and enrich the reasons behind a theory. Experimental explanatory research will also be used as many students do not have to be familiar with these work tools while learning and giving them the opportunity to experience a new world of learning at the hand of technology.
RESEARCH TYPE AND DESIGN. In every research, it becomes necessary that studied facts, as well as the relations that we settle down among the obtained results and the evidences found in the relation with the problem, gather the conditions of reliability, objectivity and internal validity; for that, it is required to define the procedures of methodological order, through which it is tried to give answer to the queries that are object of my investigation. In this topic of research the Non Experimental Investigation will be used, because it is necessary to take into account that will not be carried out any experiment. As well as it will be made the application of the Descriptive and Field. Its difference with the other investigation types is that the study objective and its treatment depend completely on the investigator, of the decisions that it takes to manage its experiment. In this project it will be applied the basic investigation, the applied investigation and the bibliographical investigation.  It is in charge of knowing and explaining.  It worries about the development of new theories.  It investigates and it contributes for love to the science.  It constitutes the foundation of any other investigation.  It uses the discoveries of the basic investigation.  It is carried out with an immediate purpose.  It is utilitarian.  It looks to improve the society and to solve the problems.  It constitutes a starting point for any investigation.  It depends on the information that is picked up in all kinds of books and documents.  It leans on in the consultation, analysis and critic of documents.
RESEARCH TYPE AND DESIGN. According to the objective of the investigation, our project is based in the following investigation types: It is the investigation that intends to end up establishing principles, to develop new theories; which is, to contribute to the science with a new truth. With this investigation type we will be able to develop new skills in the students, same that will allow improving the teaching-learning process of English language.

  • Research Use The Requester agrees that if access is approved, (1) the PI named in the DAR and (2) those named in the “Senior/Key Person Profile” section of the DAR, including the Information Technology Director and any trainee, employee, or contractor1 working on the proposed research project under the direct oversight of these individuals, shall become Approved Users of the requested dataset(s). Research use will occur solely in connection with the approved research project described in the DAR, which includes a 1-2 paragraph description of the proposed research (i.e., a Research Use Statement). Investigators interested in using Cloud Computing for data storage and analysis must request permission to use Cloud Computing in the DAR and identify the Cloud Service Provider (CSP) or providers and/or Private Cloud System (PCS) that they propose to use. They must also submit a Cloud Computing Use Statement as part of the DAR that describes the type of service and how it will be used to carry out the proposed research as described in the Research Use Statement. If the Approved Users plan to collaborate with investigators outside the Requester, the investigators at each external site must submit an independent DAR using the same project title and Research Use Statement, and if using the cloud, Cloud Computing Use Statement. New uses of these data outside those described in the DAR will require submission of a new DAR; modifications to the research project will require submission of an amendment to this application (e.g., adding or deleting Requester Collaborators from the Requester, adding datasets to an approved project). Access to the requested dataset(s) is granted for a period of one (1) year, with the option to renew access or close-out a project at the end of that year. Submitting Investigator(s), or their collaborators, who provided the data or samples used to generate controlled-access datasets subject to the NIH GDS Policy and who have Institutional Review Board (IRB) approval and who meet any other study specific terms of access, are exempt from the limitation on the scope of the research use as defined in the DAR.

  • Research Plan The Parties recognize that the Research Plan describes the collaborative research and development activities they will undertake and that interim research goals set forth in the Research Plan are good faith guidelines. Should events occur that require modification of these goals, then by mutual agreement the Parties can modify them through an amendment, according to Paragraph 13.6.

  • Manufacturing Technology Transfer Except as provided in Section 4.3(f)(iii)(1) and Section 6.10, with respect to any Collaboration Product (or LGC Reserved Product, if applicable) for which LGC (or its Affiliate) performed CMC Development or CMC Manufacturing, if (a) Cue does not elect for LGC to perform CMC Step 2, CMC Step 3, or CMC Step 4 (or with respect to LGC Reserved Products, upon completion of CMC Step 1), or (b) upon failure of the Parties to reach agreement with respect to a Clinical Supply Agreement or a Commercial Supply Agreement or (c) [***] under this Agreement and does not cure such breach within [***] days (provided, that if such breach is not reasonably capable of cure within such [***] day period, then such cure period shall be automatically extended for an additional [***] day period as long as LGC continues to use diligent efforts to cure such breach in accordance with a reasonable cure plan and if such breach is not reasonably capable of cure within such combined [***] day period, then Cue shall reasonably consider consenting to any extension of such cure period as long as LGC continues to use diligent efforts to cure such breach in accordance with a reasonable cure plan), as applicable, then, in each case upon the written request of Cue, LGC shall use Commercially Reasonable Efforts to make a technology transfer to an Approved CMO the Manufacturing processes (including materials and such other information) but solely as is necessary to enable the Manufacture of such Collaboration Product (including the Collaboration Compound therein) (or LGC Reserved Product, including the LGC Reserved Compound therein, if applicable) by such Approved CMO to comparable biochemical structure, quality and purity as that Manufactured by LGC or its Affiliate or CMO, provided that neither Cue, LGC or any Third Party shall perform such a technology transfer to any CMO [***] without LGC’s consent, not to be unreasonably withheld, conditioned or delayed if LGC has approved the CMO to manufacture Collaboration Products (or LGC Reserved Products, if applicable). LGC shall conduct such technology transfer as soon as reasonably practicable after receiving such written notice, using good faith efforts to support supply needed to achieve timelines in the Cue Territory Development Plan (or Cue’s development plan for LGC Reserved Products, if applicable) or Cue Territory Commercialization Plan, as applicable. LGC shall conduct the first technology transfer for each Collaboration Product (or LGC Reserved Products, if applicable) [***] (provided that [***]) for a period of up to [***] months from the date Cue or its designee has provided notice it is ready to receive the technology transfer, provided, that such [***] month period [***]. After the expiration of the initial such [***] month period for a Collaboration Product (or LGC Reserved Products, if applicable), if required to complete the technology transfer to enable the Manufacture of such Collaboration Product (including the Collaboration Compound therein) (or LGC Reserved Product, including the LGC Reserved Compound therein, if applicable) by such Approved CMO to comparable biochemical structure, quality and purity as that Manufactured by LGC, LGC shall continue to provide support to Cue for up to an additional [***] period for up to [***] hours at the FTE Rate and thereafter at [***]. Thereafter, LGC will also provide [***] for such Collaboration Product (or LGC Reserved Products, if applicable). Neither Cue nor its Affiliates or Cue Collaborators shall reverse engineer any materials provided hereunder by LGC. Notwithstanding anything in this Agreement to the contrary, LGC’s CMC information may only be shared with an Approved CMO.

  • Research Collaboration Upon FibroGen’s request, the Parties will discuss conducting a research program funded by AstraZeneca and directed toward franchise enhancement and lifecycle management for HIF Compounds or other topics that the Parties determine relevant to the Products and the Field. Upon agreement on the terms of such research program, the Parties will enter into a separate agreement or amend this Agreement accordingly.
