Common use of Reseller as Administrator Clause in Contracts

Reseller as Administrator. At Customer’s discretion, Reseller may access Customer’s Account or Customer’s End User Accounts. As between Google and Customer, Customer is solely responsible for (a) any access by Reseller to Customer’s Account or Customer’s End User Accounts and (b) defining in the Reseller Agreement any rights or obligations as between Reseller and Customer with respect to the Resold Services.

Reseller as Administrator. At Customer’s discretionIf Customer orders Services via Reseller, Reseller may have Administrator access to Customer’s Account or and Customer’s End User Accounts. As between Google and Customer, Customer is solely responsible for for: (ai) any access by Reseller to Customer’s Account or Customer’s End User Accounts Accounts; and (bii) defining in the Reseller Agreement any rights or obligations as between Reseller and Customer with respect to the Resold Services.

As between Google and Customer, Customer is solely responsible for for: (a) any access by Reseller to Customer’s Account Account(s), Project(s), or Customer’s End User Accounts the Services; and (b) defining in the Reseller Agreement any rights or obligations as between Reseller and Customer with respect to the Resold Accounts, Projects, or Services.
