Reservation Deposit. A deposit totalling 35% of the agreed upon total amount is due with acceptance of rental agreement. Payment of deposit shall be deemed as acceptance of this rental agreement. Payment may be made by major credit card service offered by WPVP at time of reservation. DAMAGE DEPOSIT The minimum amount of the damage deposit is $500 and may be increased at management's discretion. This will be collected at time of key pick up by imprint of credit card. The credit card should be in the same name as the person who has made the reservation. The deposit is held until a satisfactory inspection of the suite is completed after departure. In the event of any damage to the suite, we will charge your card for damages.
