Common use of Reservations Services and Revenue Management Clause in Contracts

Reservations Services and Revenue Management. Operator shall use, among other things, the respective Franchisors’ sales and reservations systems and will encourage the use of the Hotel by all recognized sources of hotel business. Operator must comply, at all times, Franchisor’s Revenue Management requirements, which costs will be approved through the Operating Budget.
